Set up genie app
I’m trying to set up my Netgear app but won’t let me click on admin section to sync the app to my router/modem

You refer to the "genie app". This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?
Your "footer" says A7000|Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi USB Adapter - USB 3.0
Are you trying to install a genie for that?

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.

This Which NETGEAR home router models can I manage using the NETGEAR genie app? might help in case this might be a C7000 cable modem/router (only the C7000v1!) or a D7000/D7000v2 xDSL modem/router.
