200 Mini Adapter Flashing Lights
i have a set of Powerline 200 Mini Adapters and one of them just started flashing all three lights. I have attempted to reset them to factory and reconnect them. Once i reset to factory and reconnect, the same one will go green and then within one minute all three lights will start flashing again. All three lights will flash together every 3-5 seconds. Has anyone had this issue before? Is the unit bad? Please help.

Does that mean that these plugs have stopped working? That bit isn't clear from your message.
These things don't last for ever. They date back to 2011, two or there generations behind the current technology.
