Any known issues with Linksys E2500 router?
I have two XE104 adaptors, which had been working fine. One is hardwired to an older Linksys wireless router, the other to my Mac. Recently, I had to replace the old router, and purchased a Linksys E2500 model. Now, the Powerline adaptors don't seem to work. I get a network connection, but the connection is useless... almost no throughput. I tried pinging the router from my Mac and 3 out of four pings were dropped.
I also have an unused XET1001 adaptor, which I tried in place of the adaptor that's hooked up to the router... that didn't help.
Are there any known issues with the E2500 router? Any settings that I should try changing? Any other ideas for troubleshooting?
My gf is NOT happy about the idea of running a 50 foot cable through our living room :(

- jmizoguchiVirtuosoShould not have an issues as long as device has ip address, gateway etc
- earacheflAspirantMy bad... the model is E1500, not E2500.
I've just upgraded the firmware, which didn't help. Still three out of four pings lost. - jmizoguchiVirtuosoCan you test with old router ?
