AV500 Compatable with AV200 Problem
I have been using Netgear AV200 for several years and it's been working without a problem. I bought a new set of Netgear AV500 power-line adapters which I'm having some issues with.
I plugged the AV500 into my wall outlet and the Powerline LED will not turn on. I've moved the AV500 all over the house including the outlet that currently has the AV200 in it and it will not light up the Powerline LED. I have pushed the factory reset which has not helped.
Does anyone have a suggestion that may help fix this issue?

- You could simply have defective unit
- AV200 and AV500 are complatibles. it my be different powerline encryption keys on each units, try pushing the secure buttom in both unit for couple seconds then release, this will set a new key for both units to allow conection
