Can you run two PL1000v2 – Powerline 1000 at the same time?

Question

I already have one running from the router to the front room (PC & a PS4). I now want to use a second to the back of the house and then run that to a network switch for 2 PCs (Win 10 & Linux Mint) and a printer.

The question is can two sets of these be running at the same time or might they interfer with each other.
