Can't solve red light problem
Got 3 pl1000 adapters in house. Having worked perfectly for 6 months suddenly the bottom light on primary box is red so not didtributing signal. Have done all the checks on my sky router, speed is go...
anything new power wise added to the home? appliances?
Usually if a device goes bad, its 1. for all 3 to not be working, it indicates that something is injecting interference into the powerline system and causing issues.
Easy check? try them at someone else's place and close together. if they work, something in your home is causing issues.
After all that, it turns out Sky broadband was down nationwide. Despite them telling me me everything was fine it wasn’t. Thanks for reply and I will bear your info in mind for future
