Connecting more than one set of Powerline HomePlug 500's

I am looking at purchasing some NetGear Powerline HomePlug 500’s.

My question is can I purchase and install a Netgear XAVB5004 4-Port Homeplug Powerline AV 500 Kit for one part of the house and a Netgear XAVB5001 Homeplug Powerline AV 500 Adapter Kit for another part the house and connect all the devices through connecting just one HomePlug to my router?
