D3600 faulty

hi, just spent nearly half hour talking to your support who was like a robot repeating the same line over and over. I have a faulty modem that has not been working properly since we got it. After harassing our ISP for all these months, I finically decide to put our old modem back on (didn't believe the New Upgraded one is faulty), the internet worked straight away after 2 troubled days. I just want to have an address that I can take it to and get checked. but your operator kept on asking questions about which light not on, if ISP checked the line, etc. it doesn't take much brain to work out that the internet works with a different modem but not yours is good enough to indicate there is something wrong with your modem.

Would like to have someone call or email me about this. Otherwise I will report to ACCC and let everyone that I know to stay away from Netgear as you are just not helpful and your product sucks!!!

    With luck one of the Netgear team will step in, but you should know that this place is mostly user-to-user.

     

    It isn't the best place to pick up support contacts or warranty issues.

     

    A warranty replacement sounds like your best bet.
