I also have a powerline PLP2000 go out on me, the plug seems to be working but no led lights. I have tried reset, but it doesn't show on the Genie or Powerline Utility (which crashes on windows). I am guessing there is no way to revive that failed unit. I ordered another one of goodwill auction, reset it and tried to pair with the existing one. It worked, but the firmwares are different versions those now :-) ... no way of how to update the fw&nbsp;

No LEDs indicates, "it's broken".&nbsp; See troubleshooting tips on page 16 of the User Manual:
