Installation software does not continue after restart

I am trying to install a WN311B PCI wireless card on my Windows 7/64 desktop. I am following the instructions but when I restart the computer after I installed the card, the installation software does not restart to finish the installation.
I have tried this using the software on the disk and with update WN311B_setup_V7.1_230-10342-09.

If this is the wrong forum, I am sorry.

    Now it starts back up after restart but now it tries to find a WNA1100 usb adapter. This is after reinstalling the drivers from the disk

    The card is installed and properly connected yet it is not seen by my computer.
