Issues mixing 200 series models
Hi,
Recently bought a set of Powerline adapters and got them working just fine. They were model # XAV2101v2.
Today I bought an additional set but all the store had was XAV1301v2. I followed the instructions for adding them to the existing network and even tried resetting them to factory default a couple of times to no avail.
I have the Powerline utility and the XAV1301v2 adapters cant be found. Even when plugged directly into the Ethernet port on my laptop. It finds the XAV2101v2 no problem.
I am wondering if there are compatibility issues between these two models or if there is something I am missing.
None are connected via power strips or extension cords.
Help. Thanks

- jmizoguchiVirtuosoXAV model should use some HomePlug protocol version so should communicate .
I would contact support for the compatibility of the two unit.
