Looking for compatible WiFi extender
I have a network of only 1 adaptor ( PL 1000 v2) and 1 access point ( PLW 1000 v2 / NETGEAR14_EXTENDER ) bought about 3 years ago . I wish to extend with 2 new WIFI access points
On the market I cannot find the same model ; they are not sold alone (!) but with the adaptateur I do not need
- Are there some other access point models compatible with the one I have : same speed, 2 frequencies, WPS ?
- Where can I find in the documentation the process to charge the box password on all access points ?

The entire network consists of only one WiFi access point? I there perhaps a device from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that also includes WiFi?
Amazon and eBay both offer the PLW1000v2. (This is in the US.) My personal experience with Powerline (not Netgear) is that once the network changes from a single electrical circuit to multiple circuits, performance suffers.
This may be an appropriate time to revisit the network design. Mesh WiFi systems have become less costly. WiFi6 has become much more common. (not supported on the PLW1000v2)
