Where can I purchase an additional Powerline 1000 WIFI Access Point?

Netgear doesn't sell individual ones, only kits. but you have options.
You can look at 3rd party resellers like ebay.
Or you can even look at different device manufacturers. You can use powerline devices from a seperate manufacturer.
As long as they follow the powerline spec, they should be compatible.

An alternative to adding another "Powerline AP" is to get a plain powerline plug without AP and to use that as the "remote" end for a conventional wifi extender, or even a router, in AP mode.
I do this with an Orbi router that can then act as the "hub for various satellites.
The advantage of this strategy is that you end up with a more powerful AP than one of those Powerline APs.
