Netgear Powerline adapter W/Rocket Fish
I have a Rocket Fish Powerline adapter Kit. the main box is connected to my Netgear Switch then connected to my AT/T Router/Access Point. My Rocket Fish switch box in connected in my bedroom. I now have acquired thu EBAY a NETGEAR 85Mbps Powerline Ethernet Adapter XET1001, However it is not getting an IP Address. Please adivse. I tried to look for this question somewhere in this forum but could not get an exact match. thanks for your help on this.

- FairytailVirtuosoThis could be a compatibility issue. Please check the link below. They might be running on a different technology and most NETGEAR powerlines is only compatible with NETGEAR powerlines.

- jmizoguchiVirtuosoOne of the issues would type of rocket fish power line is if you have some power line devices that support home plug 2.0 protocol it will not work with home plug 1.0 protocol like XET supports
