Hello, I'm kinda at a loss here with my Powerline 1200 adapters. I have had 4 of them connected and working just fine up until about 1-2 weeks ago. I have an observatory where I control 2 imaging r...

Hello Michael,
Ya I was skeptical when I 1st set this up but I was very surprised that it worked as well as it did for me. Like I said it worked right up to about 1-2 weeks ago. I’ve tried to think back to see if I could think of something that could have caused a change but I just can’t think of anything.
As for the 3 lights, I’m referring to the 3 on the power lines themselves, not the laptops. I have 2 power lines in a dedicated electrical/receptacle box that connects right to the 100amp sub panel in my pole barn that is about 60ft away. Then that box is about 160-180ft from my main box to the house.
I would normally get the rigs up and running with all the software guiding the mounts. The laptops are plugged into the power lines and in the past they just flat out connected perfectly. When I walked back to the house I would just connect to the laptops via my PC that is dedicated for that link and connect with Google pc connect. Just worked like a charm. All of a sudden it doesn’t know.
Do you have a better solution for me if you think this is a stretch for the power lines?

I wasn't really asking about the "three lights".
You said:
they all connect in the house but when I have them back out in the observatory they do not want to connect any more
What is "they" in this context?

They as in the computers will not connect to the POWERLINE’s an more even though all 3 lights on them are showing green.

The laptops. That is what I thought.
Unfortunately "will not connect" doesn't tell us much.
What happens when you try to connect? Error messages?
Windows PCs are good at protecting you from nasties. They can do this by blocking access to a new network connection.
You could troubleshoot the laptops as well as the plugs.

I have checked the powerlines in my house and I have no problems making them connect to the PC. When I take both the laptops and the powerlines that connect in the house they do not allow me to connect the computers to the powerlines in the observatory where they used to with no problems 2 weeks ago.
