No powerline led

Question

Hi,I just purchase the AV2001 series Wireless Extender kit which has two home plugs 1) XAV2001 2) XAVN2001.Out of the box I connected them and the powerline led was on and I was able to connect to each other in different rooms. While setting the WPS function I reseted the units to factory default and since then I am not able to see the powerline led.I tried all the possible solutions provided but no sucess.XAV2001 - I even upgraded to the new firmwarePlease any solution will be appriciated to make the units functional. Do we have any tools which identifies and debugs where the issue is or provides some traces.Thanks

Setup your power line within the same room fist and see utility can see both

Thanks for the reply. Please note that I am not able to see the powerline LED go green it is staying off.

I can see both the units one at a time but never together in the utility at once.

Even when both are connected into the plugs the POWERLINE LED is off.

I have tried all things

1) Firmware upgrade - XAV2001 to latest
2) Reset to factory default both adapters
3) SET new encryption security in BOTH the adapters
4) SET BOTH APDAPTERS to discover mode.

If some can help me find out which adapters is faulty via some logs diagnostics or any other tools ?

Also is a firmware update for the wireless adapter (XAVN2001)

Please any other help will be appriciated.

you may want to contact support.  I would think if you have reset the unit , it should work.

I already had done reset at the harware level as well as via the utility but still no POWERLINE LED. Thanks
