PL-1000 not connecting
I just bought a PL-1000 powerline and when I hook it up to my PlayStation 4 it does not connect to it. I hooked it up to my laptop to see if it’s working and it does so it’s just the PlayStation it’s ...

The PL1000 is a wired device. To rule that out as the source of the trouble, you should test PlayStation 4 with a wired connection to the router with no powerline plug involved.
If it connects, then the plug is the problem. If it still cannot connect, then the plug is not the problem. It may be something in the PlayStation's settings or the router.
Another test would be to see if another wired device can connect to the network through the plug. If that works, then the PlayStation is the likely culprit.

Kind of suggests that the problem is with the PlayStation.
Can you connect the PlayStation to the network without the PowerLine plug?
