PL1000 1Gbps not reaching over 100mbps

I recently got new internet provider and with it a new modem and Glasfiber 1giganet network in my building, now im working 1 room away from the place where the modem is and the main PL1000 but i dont...

Did you reset all of your network devices so that they forget any settings picked up from their past history with the older kit?
