Pl1000

Hi there I just set up a powerline pl1000 and the power light and the Ethernet lights are green but the pick a plug lights comes on for a few second then goes off and doesn’t come back on I have change the Ethernet ports and reset the devices three times still nothing I have followed the troubleshooting but still nothing can anyone help please

    Did you try the set up with the plugs close to one another?

     

    Did you plug anything into the Ethernet outlet on the remote plug? The Ethernet LED will not come on if there is nothing connected.
