PLP 1200 Download Speed Low
I installed NetGear Powerline 1200 adapters and tested their download speeds on two Windows 10 computers. Maximum download speed obtained 50 Mbps to 75 Mbps. One of the two computers tested is in the same room as my router.
However, My desktop Windows 10 PC Ethernet wired directly to my router gets 150 Mbps. Why don't my Powerline adapters connected to the same router get download speeds more like my directly wired desktop?

Probably because powerline devices are sensitive to interference. They're not going to be as fast as a direct ethernet connection because of this. many devices can impact powerline speeds and interference. here's an article on optimizing for powerline.
