Plp 1200 internet speed halved 100mpbs to 50mbps

Sorry, I got busy with something and couldn't respond for a few days. I'll try my best to explain things to the best of my ability.
I meant to say my breaker panel/box when I was talking about the "circuit breaker". They are not the same breaker/room. To measure the speed I would plug into different plugs around the house and measure the speed and latency on my laptop. I tried a plug on the same circuit as the powerline adapter near the router, but still received lackluster performance. Which was about as much as it was in the room I had originally put it in at the start of this post. I messed up the typical coverage area specified by netgear which is 500m^2 or around 5382ft^2. I did get it for gaming due to physical reasons for the house as the box said "Now double the speed" and "Ideal for 4k HD video streaming and lag-free gaming" Here is a picture of the box online.

Can you do 4K and "lag-free gaming"?
50 Mbps is more than enough for 4K. Indeed, you should be able to get three or four simultaneous 4K streams at that speed.
Sorry about the coverage mixup. I can't measure how well it does for 4k streaming, I don't have anything close to that resolution. On the other hand I can certainly say that I do not get lag-free gaming-If I get the time I will post a clip or video.
