PLP2000 no lights will come on when plugged in.
Extender working fine in my sons room and then all of a sudden no leds illuminate at all. The extender plugged into the router is performing as expected. We have tried several outlets. Unfortunately we purchased from Bestbuy about 9 months ago. Is that the life expectancy? Any advice is appreciated!

The 'exact' same thing has just happened to me too. I'm looking for how to start a support claim.....I tried creating a support ticket online and they force you to call and speak with support.......called support 3 times - each time the call dropped from their end.....then called sales....sales put me through to support.....and was kept on hold for 1hr45mins before I gave up.
