PLP2000 upload speed is slow.
Hello Netgear community! I've recently installed a PLP2000 kit. The download speed is fine (120Mbps) but the upload. Not so much. .4-2Mbps. Wired to the router I'm getting 1-1.2Gbps down and 4...
Hey! Try these quick fixes:
- Plug both units directly into wall outlets—no power strips.
- Avoid outlets near noisy appliances (fridge, microwave, etc.).
- Reset both adapters: Unplug, wait 30s, plug back in, then press reset button 2-3s.
- Test with units closer together or on the same circuit.
- Use Cat5e/Cat6 cables and check LEDs (green = good).
Upload should hit 20-30Mbps if the line’s clean. Let us know!
