plw1010v2 keeps resetting

Hello,

I have a Powerline 1010v2 and powerline wifi 1010v2 set up for connectivity out in my garage. The main powerline that is inside the house keeps resetting itself every 30 seconds or so. Its been working fine for the 2 or 3 years since I got it. But all of a sudden it stopped working. The wifi extender out in the garage works fine. But nothing can connect to it. I've done a factory reset on it, but it just resets itself again 30 seconds after all 3 lights come on. I've tried everything I can think of, short of buying a new one, and I'm short of funds at the moment. Any help would be appreciated
