What is the network layout? You need just the one Powerline plug connected to the router. You then add the new plugs in the usual way:

Do this to add the access point plug to the "host" plug on the router.
If you don't need the extra Ethernet only plug, just leave it out of the network. Or you could use it as another outlet after you introduce it to the host plug.
