Powerline 1200 ethernet connectivity problem

the bottom that flashes green and then goes out is the connection back to the other unit. If its not lit, its not connecting. You can replace ethernet cables all you want but your ethernet light is already green so that connection is good.
many things interfere with powerline. these include cheap cell phone chargers, surger protectors, gfci outlets, arc fault breakers, high draw motor/appliances, and even just devices that are going bad. Its worth going through and unplugging to see if something you've added is adding interference.
