Powerline 1200 password not working

Suddenly, I can't connect my. laptop to the network associated with my PL1200S. All lights are on. Says it is the wrong password (saved and joining automatically without issue for some time). Tried factory reset but nothing changed. Any help out there?

    I can't find any PL1200S in the Netgear system, so I can't tell what your devices do.

     

    Powerline is effectively a dumb wire. Straightforward (non wifi) Powerline plugs don't have any "intelligence" and won't be able to intervene in anything that involved passwords.

    What says "wrong password"? Something on your laptop?
