Powerline 1200 Pick-A-Plug blinking red or solid red

I've had this device since March of 2020 and everything has been working perfectly until literally earlier tonight. I have one device on the router, two downstairs in the basement, and one on the top floor. The one upstairs has a solid red light for the P-A-P led. One in the basement randomly goes from red to green for the P-A-P led, and the other in the basement doesn't turn red at all for the P-A-P led and has a solid green led. None of the devices using the ethernet have a working ethernet connection, but the wifi works perfectly fine. On my Windows 10 laptop, I get "unidentified network" and no internet connection under the ethernet tab, using troubleshooter didn't fix it. I'm not sure what it could be. The only thing that has changed recently is that we've purchased 3 new plug-in heaters, we now have a Christmas tree plugged in, and maybe one or two new kitchen appliances plugged in. What could it be???
