Where exactly do you see this message:

Looked at my powerline status and it shows "Unidentified Network No Internet" despite properties coming through like the fact it can read this is a 1 Gigabit connection. Using the network troubleshooter I found,

"Ethernet" doesn't have a valid IP configuration

In a Windows PC?

    Did you ever run the network troubleshooter?
    
    Try this. Tell Windows that you are on a "private network".

    Network Status
    
    Change Connection Properties
    
    Network Profile
