Powerline 500 XWN5001
Since Genie is no longer an app supported by Netgear and my Router, the Deco 6e, doesn’t have a WPS button, how can I bind the Powerline 500 to it using a Mac? It's a new router (to me) and a new Wif...

Which genie?
The desktop genie software for Windows and Macs is still there and is one way to work with Powerline networks.
Netgear is trying to kill this useful utility, but for the time being you can find it here:
genie | Product | Support | NETGEAR
Be warned that the genie installation file is wrapped up in a RAR archive that you have to decompress.
Once installed, Powerline shows up as its own network in the Network Map.

Thank you SO MUCH for this! I found it difficult to find on their website. Very grateful!

Another tip, there are other brands of Powerline. They seem to have the same technology. Many of them still have support software that also works with Netgear's devices, especially when you want something to disable "sleep" mode.
