Problem with powerline devices is that they are sensitive to interference. You might not have changed anything. But something within the house might have added interference like a motor going bad or another electronics device suddenly had an issue that is injecting feedback into the powerline.
its tough to troubleshoot. Basically you start in the same room and see how your speeds are. Once you move the devices apart, it usually has to go through the circuit box which means anything in the house can be injecting interference. You can unplug everything in the house and see how it works and slowly start adding things in. Or you can randomly go around unplugging stuff. Its tough with powerline.
A couple things to make sure.
1. Make sure the powerline devices aren't plugged into any surge protectors, gfci circuits, or arc fault circuits.
2. check cell phone chargers. knockoff and other cheap ones can add quite a bit of interence. Unplug those and check speeds.
