Powerline and Airport
I have a wireless network consisting of an Airport Extreme connected to an ADSL-modem and two Airport Express that connects wirelessly to the Extreme. In my house I have a couple of MacBooks, an iMac, a Mac mini (with a plex media server on it), Apple TV, PS3 and some other stuff. In order to get higher speed and more stable connectivity for the iMac, the ATV and the Mac mini I installed 3 XAV5201. The first unit is connected to the ADSL-modem. Speed between is good >300 Mbps.
My problem is that I now have to networks. The wireless network has one set of IP-addresses and the ethernet another set. (Wireless starts with 10.. and ethernet with 85...). So, for example, the ATV, connected to the ethernet, cannot connect to the Plex media server on the Mac mini, connected to both ethernet and wireless. I have tried to let the "first" XAV5201 connect to the Airport Extreme instead of the ADSL-modem, but it just makes everything a total mess.
How can I fix this? I want the Airport Extreme to handle the IP-addresses for both the wireless and the ethernet so that all my units can communicate in the same network.

Ok, thanks. So that means that i should connect the "first" powerline device to the internet through the Airport Extreme and not the ADSL-modem? Have tried that and it doesn´t work. Maybe I should change some settings in the Airport Extreme? - jmizoguchiVirtuosoOne master should be behind the AEB and rest will connect to the master from remote outlet
