PowerLine AV500 - unable to reset to factory settings

Hello! We installed a new WiFi router in our home and are unable to switch our Netgear Powerline range extender onto the new network. We've tried resetting to factory settings, downloading the Netgear powerline utility, downloading the Netgear genie ... Nothing has allowed us to reset the network name and security password on your product. We have two networks now, and would like to condense down to one. Any advice? Thanks!
