Hi, This almost looks like your new PLW1000v2 does not establish a powerline connection, due to different powerline keys. Probably you have the other new PL1000v2 also plugged to the AC power, and these two new devices are making up a new dedicated PLC network, and the LED make you believe it has a network connection?
The second PL1000v2 is not plugged in. There is only one PL1000v2 plugged in.
Have configured the Powerline Key or used the process with the [Security] button from the fine manuals?
P.10 from the Quick Start Guide might help:
- Yes, I configured using the security keys. After doing so, the adapter indicated it was connected, but no internet via the WiFi. I reset the system, still experiencing the same problem.
