Already did that - they have absolutely no idea. Incredibly frustrating - more importantly, what other manufacturer is worth buying? I'm obviously not going to buy Netgear since they have no idea where to direct their customers. I'm assuming a D-Link device would be compatible since it's all the same powerline system. Any thoughts anyone?
