Where do I complain

I made an order, a 24$ item, and picked the 25$ next day morning delivery.

I called Netgear, and on the phone, multi phone calls, over 2 hours, and all I asked was if it was going to be delivered next day morning.

I got 3 people in the Philippines, and 1 in India, they seemed like they could care less, and they seemed to have no idea of the value of what 25$ is. I recorded everything and will be posting it on 4chan.

One guy named Salvator 'James' F was the supervisor who said he couldn't do anything but make a ticket and there was no one else to speak to. The end, that is Netgear policy.

Okay, so Netgear is not a great company like say.. Patagonia, but geez, they aren't even in the Dell range.

I am now worried about the 500$ I spend on Netgear items, if the customer service is so bad, how good can tech support be.

Horrible treatment, I am sure other get it and just don't say anything, I hope it just isn't me.
