I’m not able to measure the speed without the router connected, I don’t have any tools but this are the readings from the R9000 app and it’s also what I signed for from the cable company

So I'm a little confused/needing clarity.
You said you don't have any ability to test the wired speed.
But your first post said your wired speed was slow and your wireless is faster.
That is indeed what your prior posts show. A wireless speed of 460mpbs (pretty good over wireless). And the routers speed testing showing the full 960 (ish) mbps.
So what's giving you the low wired speeds?
The fire stick and tv? If so, most tv's aren't gigabit capable. And none of the fire tv devices are. They're all 10/100mbps. Even the newest fire box with wireless 6E is only 10/100mbps.
So I'm curious whats giving you the slow wired speed for testing? Because it might not be gigabit.

Yes, you are right,
I thought after i could connect the tv directly to the modem
but what you say about fire tv and tv devices are all 10/100mbps makes all sense,
I guess I'll leave them connected to the wifi since some streaming app in both devices have some buffering
thanks for your help

You can't connect them to the SB8200. That is a modem.
