XAV101 - problem after firmware update

I opened a case with Netgear Technical Support on this. After several exchanges of information they are asking me to do or for information that I provided to them when I opened the case. They claim that there is only 1 firmware for these devices and that they can't provide me with the firmware that the units shipped with.
I would advice anyone reading this to carefully consider whether you want to upgrade the firmware on these is prompted by the Config utility. Did not work for me on TWO sets of units. Netgear Support can't help.
