XAV101 - problem after firmware update

Ok, so we are in the exact same boat. I too can communicate with my XAV101 if I connect it via network cable, but then it doesn't talk to the remote XAV101 units (just like you are experiencing). I have two other XAV101 units with older firmware, which are working fine.
I think the problem was that I tried to do a firmware upgrade to a remote unit (although the latest software doesn't warn you that you should NOT do this - it actually offers to do it automatically!!). All I want to do is to re-flash the unit with the latest firmware again (while attached locally). However, the latest upgrade utility thinks that it's already at the latest version, so it refuses to run the update again! AAAARRRGGHHH!!
I've opened a case with Netgear support, which so far has been completely useless (they sent me a form letter telling me to download the latest firmware, even though there is no firmware available for download)!! AAARRGGGHHH again!
We'll see what they reply with....
