Me again!
I've just tried Home Sharing in my non-powerline environment, ie; WiFi, with my iMac running iTunes 10.2.1 (OS X 10.6.x) as the "Host" of the Home Sharing setup, and an Acer laptop running iTunes 10.x (not sure exactly what version, 10.2.1 is downloading as I type) and Windows 7. So after making those changes I unplugged the two adaptors, hit their reset buttons and voila the library appeared on m laptop.
These are REALLY FAST....much faster than wifi. My itunes library which takes several minutes to load over wifi took about 3 seconds. Thank you for all your help it is greatly appreciated.
So perhaps a reset on the powerline adapters is all that is needed?
