Thanks Sharkus. It seems to be an intermittent issue. Some may be seeing problems, but I think the bulk of the individuals have not had any issues. If they did I would expect more people on this forum discussing the issue. I'm currently working with customer service on this issue. If they are able to figure out this issue, I will post. Thanks again.
