I have four XAV5001 devices, and have the same problem on 3 of the four PCs attached to them (the fourth has a wired keyboard and mouse). I have tried disconnecting and unplugging the XAV5001s, and without exception the problem goes away. All three units have Microsoft wireless keyboards & mice, though of different models.
