I'm glad you like it, but I disagree.
It's clearly not performing as it is supposed to.
I should not have to unplug/replug the device so that it works.
It doesn't matter if it's easy or not - it matters that it's flawed
and Netgear is not addressing the issue.
If unplugging the device was "normal" it would say so in the instructions/setup manual. Or it would have an easy to reach power switch with directions to turn it on/off. But this is supposed to be a "set it and forget it" device, and that's not the case.
I, for one, don't think they should get a pass because the problem is not
egregious.
