XAV5004 doesn't always come out of standby

I've been pretty happy with my XAV5004 kit, but the sleep issue is extremely annoying.
Is someone from Netgear able to confirm as to whether or not a fix is in the works? I'm happy to assist with debugging if need be, but the issue is extremely straightforward to reproduce:
1. Allow the XAV5004 to go to sleep. In my case, this is done by turning off the Denon receiver and Pioneer Blu-Ray player and Apple TV attached to it.
2. The absence of network activity causes the device go to sleep.
3. When devices attempt network activity, the XAV5004 appears to wake up, but there's never data flow.
As others have stated, a reboot is required to get it to reconnect.
XAV5004 and XAV5001 are running firmware v0.2.0.9NA (even though it was bought in Australia).
If it weren't for this issue, this kit would be flawless. NetGear, please, don't allow a rather trivial issue spoil an otherwise perfect product.
