It's clear that this bug has been in existence for over twelve months. The likelihood of a fix seems slim.
Seriously NetGear, if you don't want to fix buggy software yourself, do yourselves a favour and open source the code.
I would happily fix this bug if I had the source code to the firmware on these units. Heck, I'll even sign an NDA if there are components that are licensed, however it seems unlikely since they're resoundingly based on open standards.
Does NetGear even monitor these forums?
