I've got this problem as well. I thought I got it solved with Netgear support (changed cable and router port), but it seems the "fix" only lasted the weekend. Beats me why the weekend was trouble-free, but if that issue with the door vibrations is real, then I can see how a weekend might be more peaceful in this apartment building.
Sadly I can only use these wall sockets, so I can't move it to a more stable location, but this sounds like really poor construction if it really is the cause.
Mine are the GRS version, i.e. the Schuko plug, so they sit rather solidly in the socket.
The same connection worked without issue for weeks with D-Link adapters before I upgraded to Netgear for the plug-through feature. I suppose I'll have to go back to what works.
For anyone wondering, the D-Link adapters and Netgear adapters get along very well. The D-Link adapters are not the cause of the issue, as I have now disconnected them from the network, but the cutouts still occur.
