XE102 and WGX102 questions

New forum member here. I've been using the XE102 and WGX102 quite happily at home for the last 5 years, but would now like to add in another XE102 upstairs so I can have both wireless (via the WGX102) and wired (via another XE102).

Two quick questions:

1. Can you have both wired and wireless one the same Homeplug powerline network?

2. I've noticed that the XE102 is now discontinued. What other Netgear Homeplug powerline devices can I buy that would work with my existing Xe102/WGX102 combo?

I realise these units are old, but am obviously hoping not to have to buy all new kit just to add a wired solution to my existing setup which is working quite happily at the moment.

Any pointers much appreciated!

    Okay... any idea what type I'm supposed to be looking out for? Is there a list somewhere that shows which models will happily work with which other models?

    what if you find a video everyone wants on youtube? i know gertie beth wants everything on lost-media, but i personally don't know how to download stuff from youtube (if that's possible). What do we do?
