The Powerline 500 WiFi Access Point (XWN5001) and the Powerline 500 Nano (XAV5201) used to be sold as a kit (a pair). Technically it's possible to add more Powerline 500 WiFi Access Point (XWN5001) ot the same powerline network. Keep in mind it requires some config, also the AV500 tech as well as the built-in WiFi AP is somewhat aged with the IEEE® 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz 300 Mbps wireless interface as well as the 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet ports.

Quindi mi conviene comprare un kit da 3 pezzi nuovo di ultima generazione?

Depends at the end of the day if you really can get an advantage of the latest powerline G.hn HomeGrid
and WiFi 6 technology. If you need "just" basic Internet access, if the Internet connection is not very fast - a kit with three units does set you back for 450...500 Euro +/- VAT.
