A6100 Genie starts but then stops.
When I attempt to run the A6100-V1.0.0.36.exe file it goes through all the processes then gets to "Preparing to install" and loads halfway and says 1628: Failed to complete installlation.

Which version are you using?
Standalone or drivers?
