A6100 wireless adapter genie wont open
My wireless adapter worked up until yesterday, it said that i was connected but had no wifi access, so i deleted and reinstalled the genie. now the genie wont open even after another reinstallation. i...
currently nothing shows up in my network settings, does that mean i need new network drivers?

What about Device Manager
Did you uninstall the previous Netgear installation?
One thing to look out for is old stuff that you can't see. In Device Manager
> View
> Show Hidden Devices
Then uninstall old stuff, the "faded" ones.
Wifi adapters
That's on old grab for earlier settings on my PC.
Then install the drivers again, following the instructions in the release notes.
- i fully reinstalled the drivers for the adapter but it did nothing đ i cant download new windows drivers bc i dont have internet. i feel like im running in circles

Maybe the adapter just died. It is an old (2013) and not that capable USB adapter.
Just another user with time on their hands.
- iâm replying on my phone đ and yeah i tried it all. i only got this chip like 2-3 weeks ago but all the signs point towards needing something better
